Gearbox, Pump, and other processing equipment services

We have a long history performing standard rebuilds and/or servicing all types of gearboxes and pumps for major industrial companies. Brands we work with include but are not limited to Falk, Lightnin, Niro, Stamler, and Chemineer gearboxes as well as Chesterton, Warren, Ash, Fairbanks, Goulds, Morris, Sala, Siemens, and Nash pumps. EMS is capable of reverse engineering almost any gearbox and/or pump and can fabricate internal parts that may be obsolete yet still needed. All units are finished with a no-load spin test to ensure no oil leaks or excessive vibration.
